Coronavirus (COVID-19) Notice

Dear Residents,

Because we are concerned about your health and safety,  our lobby is now closed to the public. Our staff will be on site during normal business hours.  All documents and payments can be safely left in our locked drop box. We will check the drop box routinely during normal business hours.

You will need to make your rent payment using the drop box. For your protection, we are asking that you PRINT your name and address on your Money Order. If we cannot read the name and address, we will not be able to post it to your account. Both the Post Office and banks are open, as well as several other options for purchasing money orders. You will need to use the stub on your money order as your receipt as we will not be able to get one to you.

We will postpone completing routine work orders for the next few weeks. You should still call in with your work items and we will put you on a Master list. Once we resume, your routine work order will be completed in the order it was called in.

REAC inspections have been postponed, but Annual Inspections and Housekeeping Inspections are still required.  As always, we will advise you in advance when we will need to enter your unit.

When any of our staff enters your unit, we will wear PPE. This applies to all of our vendors, as well.

Please DO NOT call the after-hours number during normal business hours as it will not be answered. Again, all of our staff will be on site and able to answer your calls during normal business hours.

If you have recently had a Re-Exam please call our office and we will extend the deadline to sign your papers.

If you are due for your Annual Redetermination and we request your income information, please put all of your information in an envelope and place it in the drop box. Please write on the envelope if you need your copies returned and we will make sure that they are in your file for you to pick up when you sign your new lease agreement.

You can always contact us via email when necessary.

We all need to work together during this time to ensure the health of both our residents and staff. We believe that if we all do our part; we can get back to business as usual in a brief time.

Sincerely,

Patricia Free
Executive Director
