Our Community Center plans to offer the following recreational and educational opportunities for the VBHA community:

  • Kids After-School Tutoring Program
    By appointment only, stop by our office to pre-enroll your student.
  • General Educational Development (GED) Classes
    Please call our office for an appointment.

Wednesday, November 1

  • 55+ Tech Day (1:00-2:30) Having issues with technology? Come by and learn something new.
  • Kids' BINGO (4:00-5:30) BINGO fun and prizes.

Thursday, November 2

  • Movie Night & Popcorn (4:00-5:30) Join us after school for a movie and popcorn.

Monday, November 6

  • 55+ BINGO (1:00-2:30) BINGO fun and prizes.
  • Dance Party (4:00-5:30) Come by after school for a dance party and snacks!

Tuesday, November 7

  • Fitt 4 You Insurance (10:00-11:00) Information about Medicare options.
  • Election Day Class (4:00-5:30) Stop by after school to learn about Election Day. Snacks will be provided.

Wednesday, November 8

  • "What I'm Grateful For" Craft (4:00-5:30) Let's make a craft to share what we are grateful for this month.

Thursday, November 9

  • Ozark Thanksgiving Dinner (11:00-1:00) OHA Community Dinner.
  • Class: Gratitude (4:00-5:00) Take a look at the benefits of gratitude from a mental health perspective.

Tuesday, November 14

  • Cocoa and Crafts (4:00-5:30) Create a fun Fall craft and enjoy some hot cocoa.

Wednesday, November 15

  • Ozark Fitt 4 You Insurance (10:00-11:00) Information about Medicare options.

Thursday, November 16

  • VBHA Community Thanksgiving (12:00-2:00) Potluck dinner, bring a side-dish, VBHA will provide the turkey!

Monday and Tuesday, November 20-21

  • School's Out PJ Party (9:00-4:00) Hey kids, come and spend the day with us! We will play games, make some crafts, watch movies and more - breakfast and lunch will be served.
