Van Buren Housing Authority has been recognized as a High Performer again!

We are pleased to announce that Van Buren Housing Authority has been recognized as a High Performer again!

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) developed a rating system to measure the performance of housing authorities across the country. Public Housing Assessment System (PHAS), measures financial condition, physical condition, management operations, and customer satisfaction in their determining awards.

The Van Buren Housing Authority is consistently rated "High Performer", the highest designation awarded by HUD. For the year of 2022, we have continued this pattern and earned the "High Performer" rating!
